Brittany Smith Top Retirement Plan Advisors Under 40

Congratulations to Brittany Smith of Wealth Partners Alliance, for being named by the National Association of Plan Advisors the 2022 Top Retirement Plan Advisors Under 40—NAPA’s “Aces.”

Established in 2014, the list is drawn from nominations (nearly 700 this year) provided by NAPA Broker-Dealer/RIA Firm Partners, who are subsequently vetted by a blue ribbon panel of senior advisor industry experts based on a combination of quantitative and qualitative data submitted by the nominees, as well as a broker-check review.

One of the first of NAPA’s standard-setting industry lists, many of the individuals who have been recognized here have gone on to become the very industry leaders this recognition was designed to help identify.

These Top Retirement Plan Advisors Under 40 will be featured in the Spring issue of NAPA Net the Magazine and acknowledged at the 2022 NAPA 401(k) Summit in Tampa Bay, Florida, April 3-5!

Our thanks to all who participated in the nomination and voting process, the hundreds of nominees, and our panel of judges, who gave selflessly of their time and energy to make this year’s process another resounding success.

Most importantly, our heartiest congratulations to this year’s Top Retirement Plan Advisors—and for all you have done, and will continue to do, for the many plans, plan sponsors and plan participants you support.

The list is created and conducted by the National Association of Plan Advisors, an affiliate organization of the American Retirement Association, a non‐profit association. Nominations from the list were provided by NAPA Broker‐Dealer/RIA Firm Partners. Nominees had to be retirement plan advisors with their own book of business, and had to be less than 40 years of age. Nominees are required to submit responses to an application comprised of a series of quantitative and qualitative questions about their experience, size and composition of their practice, awards and recognitions, and industry contributions, which were then reviewed by a panel of senior advisor industry experts, who, based on those criteria, and following a broker‐check review, selected the top young advisors. For the 2022 award there were just under 600 nominations. From that, 100 were named NAPA Top Retirement Plan Advisors under 40. This ranking is not indicative of an advisor's future performance, is not an endorsement, and may not be representative of an individual client's experience. Neither Raymond James nor any of its financial advisors pay a fee in exchange for this ranking. Raymond James is not affiliated with National Association of Plan Advisors (NAPA).
