Drawing upon his 20-plus years of experience in investments, banking and insurance, John Saalfield founded Wealth Partners Alliance as a better place for successful individuals and families to do business. His goal for the practice is to provide a more robust service model delivering custom strategies through a deeper wealth management experience.
He and a team of advisors provide a systematic process identifying and implementing customized strategies designed to meet their clients’ investment, cash flow, financial, philanthropic and legacy goals.
Prior to founding Wealth Partners Alliance, John spent six years at UBS Financial Services as a financial advisor. Before UBS, he was an investor with J.P. Morgan Private Bank, where he coordinated investment and wealth planning management for J.P. Morgan’s high-net-worth private clients.
John served as director of portfolio management with a successful financial team inside Northwestern Mutual Financial Services’ Investment Network. There he established the blueprint of their investment consulting practice and designed investment portfolios.
John earned his MBA from Northwestern University, his BA from Southern Methodist University, and began his financial career at Discover Financial Services within the marketing and risk management department for the bank’s credit services.
As a lifelong Dallas resident, John takes an active role in his community. He served as former president of the Bradfield Elementary School/Park Cities Dads Club, volunteers with the Highland Park Tennis Legacy Foundation and is involved in the Moody Family YMCA Youth Athletics programs. He and his wife, Missy, have two sons.
