Sebastian began his career in financial and business services in 2019 while attending the University of Houston’s Bauer College of Business. During that time, he worked at a boutique tax preparation, planning, accounting, and insurance firm, advancing from Client Service Associate to Branch Manager. Through these experiences, he discovered a strong passion for educating and serving his community through financial literacy and planning.

After earning his degree from the Bauer College of Business, along with his Certified Financial Planner™ certification and Life & Health Producer license, Sebastian joined a Houston-based RIA as an Associate Wealth Advisor. There, he gained valuable experience in holistic financial planning and wealth management under the mentorship of fellow CFP® professional and now partner, Gary Wurl. Through this mentorship, Sebastian developed expertise in financial planning, investment management, advanced risk management strategies, and estate planning.

With real-world experience and a passion for helping others, Sebastian is committed to guiding individuals and families through thoughtful financial planning and helping them feel confident in their financial future. Known for his thoughtful approach and strong communication skills, he is dedicated to helping clients organize their priorities, better understand their financial opportunities, and feel secure in their long-term plans.

Sebastian plans to continue to use the valuable knowledge he’s learned to educate the Latino community through his church mentorship program, where he works closely with young men, encouraging values such as diligence, organization, and thoughtfulness.

Outside of the office, Sebastian enjoys spending time with family, serving his church, and exploring Houston and beyond. His hobbies include reading, grilling, fitness, video games, movies and television, and serving as a worship director at his church.
