Josh Patterson joined Wealth Partners Alliance in 2026 as a Partner and Senior Wealth Advisor. Josh has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, beginning his career in 1998 with UBS Financial Services. In 2002, he joined Morgan Stanley Financial Services as an Associate Vice President, where he focused on new business development. Josh later became a partner in an independent wealth management firm, where he led efforts in new business development, investment management, client relationship management, and comprehensive financial planning. He has spent several years with a leading RIA in Houston, where he has been based since 2018. With years of financial experience, Josh enjoys partnering with clients to navigate investment options and achieve their financial goals.

He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® (CFP®) professional and is actively involved in the Financial Planning Association (FPA) Houston Chapter, where he contributes to advancing the effectiveness and impact of financial planning for clients. Josh is deeply committed to building long-term relationships grounded in trust, transparency, and disciplined guidance, helping clients make confident financial decisions and achieve lasting success.

Josh earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Lutheran University, where he was a collegiate baseball player and completed a double major in Mathematics and Economics in 1998. During his studies, he also attended American University focusing on economic policy. Outside of his professional work, Josh is active in his local church. He and his wife of over 26 years have three children who are actively involved in sports, college and community activities.
